Day 2 of no fried food! So far so good. Since I don't have any money, and most of the time when I eat fried food it comes from a fast food restaurant, I don't think this challenge will be too hard. I have decided that I need more incentive to reach my goal. Therefore, every day that I do not work out (excluding Sunday) I have to give Laura Lewis a peice of fruit!!

Ok, so up until now I have been a horrible blogger! I have a new plan now though. I was in so much pain I couldn't go to the gym, and I was eating a ton of comfort food. Now that I've had surgery to fix the problem I am back at the gym! Yay! I am also starting to eat healthier. Luckily I didn't gain back all the weight I lost. I can still fit into the size 10 capris I bought last summer. Most of the weight I have gained back has been in my face. Which is usually the case with me. I hate it. We took pictures at Wheeler farm on Sunday, and I looked like my old fat self. I am determined to look good in pictures eventually. I'm also going to try to enjoy the summer weather more while I get in shape. Until my Birthday on Nov. 28 I am going to be giving up one thing I shouldn't eat each month, but instead of reinstating it back into my diet at the end of the month, I am going to add it to the list. By the time my birthday rolls around I will have given up 6 things. Most of them will be pretty specific though. I am going to start with Fried Food. It's probably one of the worst things for me so here goes. Starting today I am giving up Fried Food until Nov. 28, 2010. My goal is to weigh 150 lbs by my birthday! A very realistic and attainable goal if I get my butt back to the gym! Every 30 days I will be taking new pictures, and posting them! Hopefully by my birthday I look awesome!
