I have been horrible at updating my blog!! The problem is that I haven't lost any weight in at least a month(maybe more). I've been relaxed with my workouts and....wait for it...I've been eating candy!! Don't worry though, I am back on the wagon hard core. I've added more cardio, I've added back in weights, and I'm finally doing my ab workout. I'm actually trying to find the energy to do it now. Hence the inspiration to update my blog tonight! :) I've cut out candy and fried food until after Thanksgiving. I am determined to reach 159 by Thanksgiving. I have 2 lbs to lose. I can't wait to go shopping on Black Friday. Even if I can't afford to buy any clothes. Well, that's all for now.

I have a new goal for September! It's mostly an attempt to save as much money as possible, but it should also help me stick with my healthy diet as well. I am only buying food from a grocery store for the entire month of September. I don't eat out very often. I just resort to dollar menus a little more than I should. I don't have a reward for this goal yet, but if I think of one I will post it.

I'm so excited to go boating this weekend! I love the sun and the water. Well, I haven't lost anymore weight since Friday, but I haven't gained any either. I have decided to adjust my goal a little bit. Originally I wanted to get to 155 lbs by Sept. 1. That isn't going to happen. Now I am reaching for 159.9! I just want to get in the 150s range before the choir Gala on Sept. 9. I'm thinking if I'm down to 150 by Thanksgiving I'll be really happy.

I've currently lost 7.4 lbs!! I'm 1/4 of the way to my goal! I've decided every time I make it to a quarter of my goal I am going to give myself a reward. I love rewards. My reward this time is a new bathing suit. Oh, and I tried hiking Mt. Olympus. That thing is a death trap. I am never hiking it ever again. Well...atleast not until I learn magic and can keep myself from falling off the huge cliff!! It was a great work out though. I was very sore afterwards. That's all for now.

It's a new week, and I need a new goal. My new goal for this week is 48 miles. I'm trying to be patient and focus on getting in shape and losing inches. During the last week I didn't lose any weight. I will though. I just have to stay focused. It is more important for me to focus on eating healthy and staying active. The weight loss will come eventually.

I've done 19.5 miles this week! I'm halfway to my 40 mile goal! Also, I can button the top of my new outfit. It's still too tight to wear, but I'm so close!! I will definitely be wearing a size 8 by Sept 1. I can't wait to buy a new dress for the Gala. Now, I just have to find the money for it. I guess I just need to work more Saturday burns...? :-) Well, that's all for today. Hopefully, I have something more interesting to say later.
